From Release_to_customer.sh, you can see that when the flash type is selected as nand and fastboot mode is not turned on, execute it in the kernel directory:
#make infinity2m_spinand_ssc011a_s01a_minigui_defconfig

#vi arch/arm/configs/infinity2m_spinand_ssc011a_s01a_minigui_defconfig

It can be seen that the target dtb is arch/arm/boot/dts/infinity2m-spinand-ssc011a-s01a-display.dtb, and the target dts is arch/arm/boot/dts/infinity2m-spinand-ssc011a-s01a-display.dts
